When booking a jungle trip or mountain trek please support responsible trekking agencies and jungle lodge owners. Be very cautious of companies offering low prices or web sites without office addresses in Peru. Never buy tours from salesmen in airports or bus stations or be persuaded by taxi drivers to take a cheaper tour since they are only working for commission and you may never see them again if things go wrong.
