Fuente de Salud
Jose de la Mar 562, Huaraz
Translated as the 'fountain of health' this vegetarian restaurant is doing well to live up to its name. Its a great place to care for a sensitive stomach or the effects of the altitude. A good selection of meals at a modest price. The lunch time set meals are particularly good value.

Restaurants - Medium

Siam de Los Andes
On the corner of Morales and Gamarra.
The Thai chef serves up an excellent curry and wicked stir fry in this fairly new restaurant. The price is a little expensive for those travelers on a very tight budget but everyone needs a little treat now and again. Open 6:30am-10pm.

Crêperie Patrick

A delicious selection of sweet and savoury crepes with all sorts of fillings (over 18 different varieties). A little on the pricey side but a good treat.
