Tacama Chardonnay (white)
Tacama’s Chardonnay is medium gold, with the
intensity of colour that results from aging in casks. Despite its contact with
the wood during aging, this wine offers fresh aromas redolent of white flowers
like jasmine on the nose. We also find a pleasant aroma of red apples, toast and
butter; the presence of wood is well balanced. This is a lively wine.
We find balanced acidity in the mouth producing a most agreeable freshness. This
is a medium-bodied wine with a long finish. Its aromatic intensity rises up the
back of the nose, to give immediate aromas of fresh pineapple. Serving
temperature: 12-13oC.
