El Balcon (or 'The Balcony') is situated 3 blocks from the main Plaza de Armas. This attractively renovated building is built on a hill, offering a great panoramic view of the city of Cusco.

"... also on my list of some of the best hotels is EL Balcon in Tambo Monterro in Cuzco. Large, comfortable rooms, good cafeteria, free coca leaf tea, and a great homely atmosphere"
