Description:
Rumi Punku means "stone doorway" in Quechua and this family-run hostal has one of the most amazing Inca-stone entrances in Cusco. It's located 3 blocks from the main Plaza in Calle Choquechaca. This hostal has 30 comfortable rooms all with private bathroom and cable TV. Services include a dining room and roof terrace with great panoramic views over San Blas and a lounge with a cosy chimney and cable TV. Prices have risen over the last few years so it's not quite a bargain as it used to be but still worth a look.

Overall Rating 7/10 (J. & C.C. Canada, Oct 1007)
We can recommend this little hotel which we found to be clean and well organized. It is close to the town center. We just turned up at the last minute and found there to be plenty of space available

Overall Rating 8/10 (D.H. Edinburgh, Scotland)
Your recommendation (Andean Travel Web) was well founded. This is a friendly little hotel with a delightful family atmosphere. They looked after us well. Cusco was fantastic, I can't wait to return and spend more time.
