45 rooms including 2 junior suites and a suite with Jacuzzi set over 3 floors (no elevator so get the doorman to carry your bags up to your rooms). If arriving from sea-level maybe an idea to ask for a room on the 1st floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Popular with large tour groups. Rooms clean and basic, nothing special but everything you need. Located along Calle Saphi a 10 minute, fairly level walk to the main Plaza de Armas. Fairly quiet and peaceful location away from the bars and discotheques. Communal lounge with comfy leather sofas and cosy log fire in evening.
