The Libertador is one of Cusco's most luxurious hotels. Built in 1976 on the foundation of Francisco Pizarro's palace (conqueror and first Governor of Peru), the hotel comprises 214 rooms decorated in Peruvian colonial style. Offers particularly good value when compared to the Monasterio Hotel which is almost double the price.
