Room Rates 2012
Superior Room Junior Suite King
US$294.50 - US$390.40 US$358.40 - US$454.40

Room rates above are the rates that were quoted when booking online. Even though the price for a Superior room in high season was shown as US$305 when you go to reserve the room they automatically added US$85.40 in taxes which is 28% (10% service charge + 18% sales tax). Peruvian Law exonerates non-residents from paying the 18% sales tax so really you shouldn't be asked to pay this tax.

Room rates may vary depending on the date and how far in advance you make your booking.

Description:

The Libertador is one of Cusco's most luxurious hotels. Built in 1976 on the foundation of Francisco Pizarro's palace (conqueror and first Governor of Peru), the hotel comprises 214 rooms decorated in Peruvian colonial style. Located 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas and opposite the historic Temple of the Sun (Koricancha). Excellent in every respect. Make reservations in advance. Offers particularly good value when compared to the Monasterio Hotel which is almost double the price.
