This hotel is conveniently located in Plaza Regocijo, only 1 block from the Plaza de Armas. It's a beautiful building built over 300 years ago on Inca foundations. The decor is tasteful and the service is friendly and efficient.  Quality of the rooms can vary immensely, some have balconies overlooking the small park outside (although they can be a bit noisy with street traffic) but some have no windows at all. The restaurant is also very good with a selection of national and international dishes.
