Even though the price for a standard room was shown as US$102 when you go to reserve the room they automatically added US$29.58 in taxes which is 29% (10% service charge + 19% sales tax). Peruvian Law exonerates non-residents from paying the 19% sales tax so really you shouldn't be asked to pay this tax.
