Overall rating 6/10 (May 2009, Brad Bailey, Australia)
Although the staff in reception were friendly enough it was too far to walk to central Miraflores from the hotel so you have to keep taking a taxi which is a real downer. The room we stayed in was big, with a high ceiling and nice view over an inner courtyard/garden. There was plenty of hot water and the room was clean but one of the beds in the room smelt musty. There was also cable TV in the room but there were only 2 channels in English. A good breakfast was provided, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit salad, bread and real coffee. I saw a few visitors using their laptops in the lounge area on the group floor, there was Wi-Fi available but no computers available for the use of guests. Overall not a bad hotel but next time I would definitely stay in a hotel within walking distance of the shops and restaurants.
