Description:
The Hostal Tambo is easy to miss from the outside with just a small sign hidden by plants. But the interior courtyard is filled with fruit trees, flowers and a nice little balcony overlooking the garden. It is a quiet spot and a good place to relax and get away from it all. The rooms are very basic and all the rooms have a shared bathroom with unreliable hot water. However it's not expensive and is a good budget choice.
" The family is very friendly and the senora is a real character" - South American Handbook
"This decidedly run-down but friendly place housed in a characterful old building has shared cold-water showers" - Lonely Planet Peru
Services:
Rooms with shared bathroom
Hot water (although not always working)
